Place an order :
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. All transactions are handled through a SSL secure server.

You may pay with a check money order. For personal checks, please allow up to Ten business days for checks to clear, before we can process your order. You may order buy phone by calling our toll free number to speak with a customer service representative.

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will be sent an e-mail receipt listing the details of your order. For your protection, this receipt will not include the entire credit card number you used to place the order. Release review the accuracy of the order. You have up to 48 hours to change or cancel your order.

Sales Tax :
Letsilluminate.com, Inc. is a registered corporation in the state of New York and is required to charge 8.5% sales tax to any order shipped within the state. This charge is added at checkout.

Shipping International
For orders outside the Continental United States, there is no free shipping. Customer service will contact you to discuss the shipping charge before processing the order. You may accept the order or cancel without penalty. We are responsible for shipping costs as a result of our shipping error.

Refunds or Exchanges :
Before issuing a return, refund. or exchange, you must contact us by phone or e-mail, our customer service department within 72 hours from the delivery of your order. At that time, you will be given a RGA [Return Goods Authorization number] and shipping address. Only uninstalled, re-sellable products in their original packaging may be returned. A request for returns or refunds of non defective items must be received by us within 15 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will apply to undamaged merchandise.If defective, you may only exchange item for the same product. Authorized returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid via carrier designated by manufacture. If the item is defective or wrongly shipped by us, you will receive a full refund of all shipping costs. All returns must be over $15.00 total value for a return or refund. However, if an item is defective, the $15.00 policy will not apply. Pleases allow 14 to 21 days to process credit card or check refunds.

Canceled orders :
Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. You may cancel an order for any reason for a full refund, within 48 hours of placing the order by contacting customer service. If the item has already been shipped, you must go through the regular return process including the restocking fee of 25%. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation e-mail.

Broken glass :
Although merchandise is packed and shipped with great care, occasionally glass fixtures will arrive broken. In these cases, you can contact customer service and a replacement glass will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Privacy Policy :
Letsilluminate.com respects the privacy of its customers. We do not sell, give, or rent information about our customers to any outside third parties. Your e-mail address, and billing information is kept by us to respond to any questions you may have in fulfillment of your order.
